Come join us at the Hackney Chinese Community Services @hackneychinese where we will learn how to help our selves by helping our elders.
The concept is simple. Everyone will grow old. So while we are youthful and able we lead by example by showing our children how to practically and tangibly help our parents, grandparents and each other so that when they become young adults they in turn will know how to help us when we become the elders.
This #PayItForward concept is among one of my life’s mission to leave behind a world where everyone knows how to help one another in the present moment. Our families and communities will be empowered with the ability to maintain wellness, wellbeing and mental health from a holistic approach and perspective.
