Time Is All We Have

#walkinginspirit today with Frankie Sikes who guided me up Peña Mea, a beautiful mountain in Asturias northern Spain. It was a very much needed walk, a wonderful introspective journey appreciating every careful footstep and every mindful breath, every step of the way UP and Down the mountain.
