Meditation Soundscape - Tao Chi Kai
The muscle and tendon changing classic is the principle and practice of focusing on your breath and intention to flow with its natural symbiotic relationship with your body mechanics in order to stretch, flex, compress, rotate and torsion your vertebrae, your ligaments, tendons and muscles so that the internal space and pressure within your body is improved and optimised for homeostasis. This practice is ideal after doing The Eight Brocade for a complete body and mind unification. Siting meditation AKA lotus meditation is now achievable with a greater chance of gaining realisation and recognition of the state of zero-point AKA The Eternal Present.
When practicing do not have any preconceived idea or goal. Just be honest and fully committed to your present capabilities. Go slow, consistently and steadfastly. Conduct your self in a way where you are the centre of your being. If you can not find this state of being in the beginning, use your breath along with honesty to find it. Do not look in the mirror whilst practicing. Your ego will hamper you. When watching an instructional video, do not try to mimic exactly what it is you are watching, your ego will hamper you. Watch the video, pause as often as your can, do the movements at your own pace and do so gradually until eventually you will create a pattern and flow that is unique to you. This ebb and flow will change as you become more centred and wise within your own being.
Remember, it’s not a race. There’s nobody to compare with. There is no judgement.
Every journey starts with a single step followed by consistent steadfastness.
Centredness, openess, optimism, well-being, calmness and compassion will embody you eventually.
Start off by doing it for 1 minute. Than 2, than 3... eventually, you will put that clock aside and follow your own internal clock..
