I have used a binaural microphone OUTSIDE to record a guided sleep and relaxation talking mindscape for you. I will be describing the scenery as it occurs and you will be able to hear and see them in the canvass of your mind. It will also help those of you who wish to practice meditation or subliminally self-hypnosis your self in to a state of mindfulness for awakened state. The goal is to help you relax, sleep and alter your state of being and well being positively and mindfully. Good luck on your journey.
