Breathing Meditation Mandala
Sit as comfortable as you can either on a chair without back rest or crossed legged or standing unaided.
Take conscious breath through the nostrils as much as thy body can than sigh as much as thy body can. Continue this in a relaxed and peaceful manner.
Eyes neither closed or open, soften your gaze and allow your self to behold without limitation, judgement or attachment.
Eventually the breath will travel deeper in the depths of your being. Eventually you will allow your temple of flesh and blood to accommodate the route of least resistance.
Eventually the mandala will be recognised, realised and acknowledged.
Eventually from where you choose to perceive from will dissolve also. Oneness. Nothingness. Presentness.
